Christmas Re-cap

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!! Santa brought Wyatt a Green Bike !!!

It was so much fun this year with Wyatt being almost 4. He was so excited and keep thanking Santa and ME ..haaha

I was in charge of the desserts!!!! I made this yummy peppermint bunt cake

We spent the day at my moms house. We had so much fun decorating and getting ready for the day ...it's all in the details !

Designer Spotlight ~ The Cotton Exchange ~

I'm in LOVE with my new vintage inspired frames from The Cotton Exchange . The wired frames make the cutest gifts and the possibilities are endless...

 

This is what I did with the Big frame. It is my "Inspiration" board in my studio 

I made this cute little banner ( obsessed with banners) out of my fabric straps... just can't seem to waste any fabric. 

 hmmmm... I may just have to sell these on my Etsy store. My new motto is:

Imagine ~ Create ~ Inspire

The smaller frames are the jewelry holders ....

I used the medium frame for some of my favorite pics ....

Santa Baby

Just got Wy's Santa shirt in the nick of time for his Christmas card pictures. His shirt is from Vintage Lucy's. You can check out their blog/website on my side bar link ........>

I had a fun photo shoot planned at the park but ended up just taking some on the patio. They still turned out super cute..hmmmmm which one to use on our Christmas card..

Favorite Things ~ Mason Jar Snow Globe Project ~

I saw this idea from a craft boutique I attended a few weeks back and thought they would make the cutest gifts .

Vintage Mason Jar Snow Globes!!!

 

Such a fun and easy project. All you need is:

• Mason Jars ( 12pack at Walmart for $9.00)

• Snow Mica/ Snowflakes ( available at craft stores)

 

• Miniature trees, presents, drums.....
• Glue gun/ glue sticks
• paint (optional)
• little helper (optional)  

First, I painted all my lids white, gold or red. 

Santa's Workshop !

 Once Dried, I glued the mini trees to the bottom of the jar... I made some simple with a single tree and some elaborate ~ the ideas are endless on what you can put in your little jars 

After all your goodies are glued in, fill the glass mason jar with the snow mica ( you only need about 3 tablespoons). Twist on and shake up !!!
